Please share pictures and videos of the defective item on our WA number +92 309 9999663 within 7 days after order delivery in case of a dispute. We will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the pictures and videos, our team will review the damage.The customer care team will look into your request and will contact you if it finds your request genuine and eligible for return.
For international clients, a return label cannot be created. The customer has to send it themselves via courier to our return address (shared by the team) and we will reimburse the shipping amount.
After reviewing the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or a store credit as well for equal value with a validity date of the credit.
In case a return application is approved, it will only be for the price of the article(s), and will not cover the shipping.
We are only responsible for returns once it reaches our recommended return address. The refund process will only start once it is received back.
